A blonde coloured, classic European Pilsner with a clean, fresh finish.
Brew with 1kg of Dextrose Mono-hydrate (Powder) for a crisper finish. For more body and colour Black Rock Unhopped Ultralight Malt Extract (1.7kg) can be added instead of dextrose.
Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.
