How to Use:

1. Remove lid and place culture in a cool, dark space (ideally 50–65°F / 10–18°C).

2. Feed small amounts of oatmeal, bread soaked in milk, or specialized worm food 2–3 times a week.

3. Harvest worms as needed using a piece of glass or plastic on top of the substrate.

For best results, avoid keeping the culture in warm areas or direct sunlight, and don’t overfeed to prevent mold.
